What a walkthrough is
Three things happen. That's all.
We walk one real job through your shop together, from the first phone call to the money in the bank.
We count every time the same details get typed in again, printed out, or chased by hand.
You leave with a plain-English list of where the time goes, and what, if anything, is worth fixing. It is yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.
What it costs you: nothing
The walkthrough is free and there is no obligation. If I find something worth fixing, I will tell you what it would cost, as a fixed price, and it is your call. If your systems are already humming along, I will tell you that too, and save us both the time.

- Yes. No cost, no obligation, no catch. The walk is how I show you I am worth hiring. If I am not, you have lost twenty minutes.
- Will you try to sell me something?
- No pitch. If there is a fix worth doing, I will show you the number. If there is not, I will say so.
- How long does it take?
- About twenty minutes. We pick one recent job and follow it through.
- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No. Just have one recent job in mind. A car you have on right now is perfect.
- Where does it happen?
- At your shop. I come to you. Eight Mile Plains is a short drive up the highway.
- What if my systems are already fine?
- Then I will tell you that, and you will know for sure instead of wondering.
- Who actually turns up?
- Me. The same person who would do the work. Not a salesperson.
