How the two days run

Two days. You leave with it running.

Day 1
Foundation
Install the tooling, set up your workspace, and teach your AI the business. Connect your first data source so your numbers pull themselves. By end of day, your AI knows your business and your real numbers are flowing.
Day 2
Automation
Stand up your daily brief, audit your recurring tasks, score them, and automate the heaviest one together. You also learn to build new skills from scratch, so you can keep extending the system yourself. By end of day, something that used to eat your week runs on its own.

Both days run 9:00am to 4:30pm. Lunch and coffee included.

Who this is for

Small business owners and founders who are tired of being the bottleneck. You do not need to be technical. You do need to be comfortable installing software and creating, copying, and moving files on your computer. Spend the full first day with me. If by the end of it you cannot see exactly how this changes your business, tell me and you get every dollar back. You keep the Starter Kit for your trouble.

By the end of day two, your system is running on your machine, or I keep working with you for free until it is. No one leaves this room with a half-built thing.

A few questions before you book

The honest answers.

Do I need to know how to code?: No. If you can install an app and move files between folders, you are fine. I will be next to you the whole way.
What if it turns out not to be for me?: Then you do not pay. Sit through day one, and if you cannot see how it changes your business by the end of it, you get a full refund and keep the Starter Kit.
What if I get stuck after the workshop?: You are covered for 90 days: the cohort channel, a monthly group call for three months, and one 1:1 tune-up call on your own setup. You also leave with recordings and a playbook for every step.
Is my business data safe?: Yes. Everything runs on your own machine. Your data stays local.
What does it cost to run after the workshop?: I will set you up on the cheapest stack that does the job and tell you exactly what each piece costs. No surprises.
